It will take you about 43 minutes (35.8 miles) to get to one of the great aquariums in the world. All ages will love the displays from the trippy jelly fish tanks to the tanks where you can reach in and actually touch the rays as they swim by. It is located right on the Monterey bay and much of the displays are dedicated to the native habitat of the bay. Daily highlights include the sea otter feeding, penguin feeding, open sea feeding, the albatross encounter. Sharks! Not cheap to get in - but really a great all day excursion..
